Ok let me get this out the way so I can watch my shows: Grey's Anatomy and Scandal season premiere Baebe. LBVS. Todaaaaay ok......I ate wings..oooohhhhh. But the right portions. I had a 10 piece Honey Garlic Pepper and boy weren't they good. The calories for the wings were about 500. Not bad huh? No fries and not even a teaspoon of ranch.
For my exercise I did the 10 minute trainer Total Body (Strength). Those weights aint not joke, even if its just five pounds. I also did my ab workout and 70 squats. 70 squats (oh my) is something serious. But I got through it and live to tell the story.
My meals for today are below. Goals for tomorrow and the weekend (because I got a three day weekend) are to make sure I stick to eating right. The weekend is the hardest because I dont wake up at the same time so it throws my whole schedule off. And then on the weekend most are subject to going out to eat, but I must resist. Until tomorrow, Happy Losing, Losers!!!!

1 cup Honey Cluster Cereal
1/3 cup 2% Milk
10 Piece Honey Garlic Pepper Wings
Diet Dr Pepper
2 Baked Chicken Wings
1/4 cup Pistachios
4 Roasted Vegetable Crackers
1 wedge Laughing Cow Cheese
1/2t Ranch Dressing
1 cup Sugar Snap Peas
