As of day 3 I realize something very shocking........ I need to eat more. I know right, that sounds crazy. Although I am eating and definitely not skipping any meals, the calories are not adding up. I have to find a way to make the foods I eat add up to what it is suppose to be with eating the wrong types of foods.
I didn't do my exercise program today because I had to go grocery shopping after work.I got home around 1:30 and just want to get to bed. I did do my crunches, push up and 35 squats though. I don"t really consider that exercise. Tomorrow is suppose to be my rest day for my program but I will workout because I didn't do it today.
Meals for the day is below. I got some snacks for the store tonight and I'm exited to see what the sugar snap peas taste like. Until tomorrow; Happy Losing, Losers!!!!!!!

2 slices Honey Wheat Bread
8oz Minute Maid Peach Juice
Grilled Chicken Salad w/ tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots
3T Italian dressing
90 Calorie Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Bar
