As far as exercise I did The Firm (20 mins) instead of my normal 10 minute trainer ( I do between 10 & 20 minutes). I incorporated 20 squats (hope I did them right) and tried to do at least 5 mins of jogging. Notice I said tried; I did 3 mins and was about to pass out. But I will be there by the end of the week. The squats I did is a squat challenge (I will post below) I got from someone I recently meet and fellow blogger (http://bighairsmallwaist.tumblr.com/). I started with 20 squats and I have to add 5 everyday for a month.
I really have to work on my meals, especially my breakfast. When I get up for work I normally don't get up in time to make breakfast. But no excuses I have to make it happen since breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Below I will put the Squat Challenge, my day one weight and full body pics and my meals for today.
Meals for day 1
2 slices turkey bacon
2 eggs
8 oz orange juice
3 strawberries
Texas Fajitas (yeah I know)
Orange Crush soda ( I know that too)
Salad with juice tomatoes and 3T Italian dressing
Water ( no as much as I should)
