Weight Loss Challenge Yayyyy
My goal for the challenge I will start on tomorrow and end 10/15/12 is 10lbs. I was going for 15lbs but I not going to over do it. I am being realistic.
Somethings I will be doing are:
1) Drinking more water. I cut back on my soda a whole lot but for the month's challenge I will do my best to cut them out all together.
2) Instead of doing the 10 minute trainer workout I have been doing I will do The Firm workout (Get Thinner In 30).
3) Make better snack decisions (carrots instead of chips)
4) Be more conscience of what I eat
