Today went very well,except for my calories as usual. Actually if it wasn't for exercising I would have met my goals. As you know working out gives you a couple more calories to use. Other than that, my meals fill me up pretty well. The Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese Wedges with crackers is surprising a very filling snack.
I did The Firm Cardio & Sculpt Cycle 2 and yes it was a monster. I also did my ab exercise and 65 squats. I decided not to do the 65 last night. I chose to add an additional day when my month is over. Which is worst because I will be at 165 by then. WHOA NELLY!!!!!!! But hey you got to do something you never did to get something you never had. I never had a booty so booty here I come. LOL
My meals for today are below. Well, well, well what do I have to look forward to tomorrow. I will continue to try and get my calories on track. Until tomorrow; Happy Losing, Losers!!!!!!

1 cup Honey Cluster Cereal
3/4 cup 2% Milk
4.4oz 50% Less Fat Ground Turkey (Turkey Burger)
1T Italian Dressing (Inside Burger)
1.5 Red Potatoes
1 Multi-Grain Sandwich Thins Roll
1T Olive Oil Mayo
Stila Oatmeal Bits
12 Roasted Vegetable Crackers
2 Wedges Laughing Cow Cheese
20oz Orange Tropical Fruit Gatorade
