Day 2 of the weight loss challenge was a whole lot better than yesterday although I am having sweet craving like a mug. Oh and yes appreciation week at work is still in full effect. Edy's ice cream was being served and YAYYYY!!!! me I didn't eat any. Props for me!!!!!
Exercise for today I just did some ab exercises,some push-up and 30 squats, because the exercise program I am following has a rest day today. I did 30 squats instead of 25 because I got carried away with making sure I did them right and went pass my count. But hey that a good thing right. Although I had a rest day I wanted to get some kind of movement in other than what I got at work. I am so determined to get right. My next rest day I am going to actually do my 10 minute trainer workout.
Below is my meals for today. I have to work on my snacks like veggies and fruits. I will make it happen. Until tomorrow; HAPPY LOSING, LOSERS

3 chicken drummettes \
1 hash brown
1/2 cup Asian Side Teriyaki Noodles
4oz Grilled Teriyaki Chicken
1oz Baked Cheetos
