Day 5.......oh day 5. I had to be to work 4 hours early so I had 2 hash browns (260 calories) which my not be the best but it was still least calories than 2 slices of honey wheat bread and 2T of peanut butter would have been. I had Garden Delight Fettuccine with turkey meatballs and sauce. And oh my was that a lot of calories by itself. But I still had to eat other meals so I definitely went over my calories today but tomorrow will be better.
I did The Firm cardio and sculpt workout for cycle 1 today along with 45 squats. Like I said yesterday; the squats are getting harder. My legs were already hurting from yesterday's squats so today's squats got my legs tender. LOL.
My meals for today are below. No more pasta; its the devil. LOL. My snap peas are still a wonderful addition though. Until tomorrow; Happy Losing, Loser!!!!!!!!!!

1/2 Tomato and Basil Meat Sauce
Romaine Lettuce w/ cucumber, tomatoes and carrots
3T Italian Dressing
1 cup Sugar Snap Peas
3oz Baby Carrots
