Day 4 of the challenge was a challenge. I had to have a soda today, but it was a Diet Dr Pepper which wasn't that bad. It had no calories but the sodium is at 100mg. I bought some new food items last night. I got some Kashi Heart to Heart Honey Toasted Oat Cereal, Kashi Cinnamon Hot cereal and Sugar Snap peas. The Kashi products was a no go for me but the raw sugar snap peas was delicious. I could eat the snap peas all day.
I did The Firm cardio for cycle 1 today. The routine goes pretty fast but it really works you. It was 20 minute exercise and by minute one I was sweating like a mad person. I also did ab, push ups and 40 squats.The squats are getting harder to do. When I started Monday with 20 squats I thought this was going to be a piece of cake but now that I am on 40 this is no joke.
My meals for the day are below. I still need to get my portions right I just cant seem to get my calories where they are suppose to be. I didn't meet my calories again today; I need help. Until tomorrow; Happy Losing, Losers!!!!!!!!

1 1/2 cup Heart to Heart Toasted Oat Cereal
1 cup 2% Milk
Grilled Chicken Salad w/ cucumbers, tomatoes and carrots
3T Italian dressing
4oz baked potatoes chunks
Baked Chicken Drummettes
1 cup Sugar Snap Peas
12 Muscadines
1 cup Carrots
