Sunday oh Sunday......oh Falcon football Sunday. Yes I need a slap on the wrist for this one. Hot wings, meatballs and pigs in a blanket. I just couldn't resist, but tomorrow is a better day. Not trying to justify my actions (I am but not really) but to loss track and then get back on the right path is key. I cant just stop because of this set back. Tomorrow is weight and I still think it will go well.
Exercise free because its the weekend but I will do my 55 squats before going to bed. And back to the regularly scheduled program tomorrow.
My meals for today are below. Weigh-in is tomorrow lets hope today and Friday didn't jack up my chances for a great weigh-in. Until tomorrow; Happy Losing, Loser!!!!!!!!

3 Lemon Pepper Wings
12 Meatballs (sushh)
8 Sausage in a Blanket
12oz Crush Soda
100 Calorie Oatmeal Bar
