Day 6 of the challenge waaaaaas I am not really sure. I knew it would be a little challenging because its the weekend. I have trouble keeping a schedule on the weekend. I didnt over eat thank goodness but I under ate as usual. One problem I had is I didnt eat a real breakfast; I ate an apple and some Oatmeal clusters. Yesterday was very unusual as far as over eating, the pasta is what really did it for me. I just can't seem to get right. LOL
Yayyy its the weekend and exercise free. LMBO. But seriously I did get my 50 squats in and yes my legs are tenderoni. By the end of this challenge I better have an onion butt and thighs of steel. IJS.
My meals for today is below. Of course I have to do better as far as getting my portions and calories under control. By the end of this challenge I should have it. Until tomorrow; Happy Losing, Loser!!!!!!!!
Meals for Day 6
4oz Baked Chicken Breast
4 Roasted Red Potatoes
Sauteed Veggies (red, green, yellow, and orange peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli and zucchini)
Small green apple
1 Packet Stila Oatmeal Bits w/ Strawberries
1 cup Rainbow Sherbet
