But wait..........when I got out the shower I got back on the scale (because I had to take my pic to post) and I was 219.4lbs. Yayyyy!!! And yes I got on it 2 more times to make sure it was right. I now feel a little better. Maybe my bra was 1lb. LBVS. So sad but I bet I won't weigh with that mug on again.
I did not exercise today because I am pissed. I know I shouldn't feel this way but I do so I won't exercise. Tomorrow I will get back on it though. Do not do like me PLEASE. Do not get discouraged about your weight loss like I did this time around. I am still hoping for the best. Out of it all I still look like I lost a little so I guess that's a plus. Maybe I have gained muscle.
My meals and weight for today are below. Tomorrow I am getting back to work. I have made a commitment to myself and I must stick with it. Until tomorrow; Happy Losing, Losers!!!!!!!

1 cup Honey Cluster Cereal (Fiber One)
1 cup 2% Milk
1 cup Collard Greens cooked with Smoked Turkey Necks
2 Baked BBQ Chicken Drumsticks
2 Red Potatoes
2 Wedges Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese
12 Roasted Vegetable Crackers
1 Package Stila Oatmeal Bits
1 cup Rainbow Sherbet (ate this because I was mad)
