Today was a very good day. I only have 76 calories left, so that pretty good. Well actually more than that because I worked out. I really need to get right and just cant figure out how. I am either at one extreme or the other. UGGGHHHH.
For exercise I did The Firm Cycle 2 Cardio workout. And yes it was a whole lot intense than Cycle 1 Cardio. I also did my ab exercises and squats. I didnt do my 60 squats yesterday (you know why) but I did the 60 after my workout and will do the 65 for today before bed.
My meals for today are below. As for tomorrow again I need to get my calories on point. Until tomorrow; Happy Losing, Losers!!!!!!!!!!

1 cup Honey Cluster Cereal (Fiber One)
3/4 cup 2% Milk
1 cup Collard Greens cooked with Smoked Turkey Necks
2 Baked BBQ Chicken Drumsticks
2 Red Potatoes
1 Babybel Cheese
12 Ritz Roasted Vegetable Crackers
12 Muscadines
2 Hashbrowns
