I did The Firm Cycle 1 Sculpt workout and arm exercises today. No extra nothing, but like I said tomorrow is a new day. I really didnt feel like doing anything at all today.
My meals for today and my last weigh-in are below. As far as continuing with my weight loss, well its still on. The challenge is over but I have to continue to strive for better and get down to my 160. Its a must. Lets keep it going Losers!!!!!!
