THE END: WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE

     Yayyyyyyyyy the last day of the challenge. I thought today was going to never get here. Its a bitter sweet moment right now. Did I met my 10lbs goal? You will find out later. Hahaha. Ok ok I will tell you now...........YES YES YES. And I celebrated by having a Checkers burger yeah I know I was wrong but oh well tomorrow is a new day. Hehehehe.

     I did The Firm Cycle 1 Sculpt workout and arm exercises today. No extra nothing, but like I said tomorrow is a new day. I really didnt feel like doing anything at all today.

     My meals for today and my last weigh-in are below. As far as continuing with my weight loss, well its still on. The challenge is over but I have to continue to strive for better and get down to my 160. Its a must. Lets keep it going Losers!!!!!!

My Meals For Day 29 

1 cup 2% Milk
1 cup 80 Calorie Honey Square Clusters
1 cup Cabbage
1/4 Corn muffin
1/2 Cornish Hen stuffed with brown rice
100 Calorie Pop Corn
60 Calorie Chocolate Pudding
Checkers Bacon Champ Burger 
Checkers Fries

3.6lb since Week 4
