I did The Firm Cycle 4 Sculpt for my workout today. I also did abs, back, arms (55 each) and squats (125). Since Oct 1 I had been doing my arm exercises with my squats but today I had to separate them because the squats by themselves are giving me mad business. I dont know what I am doing wrong with the exercising because honestly I dont see a difference. There is a difference in my clothes so I know I have lost weight but as far as exercising and strength I see no difference. But guess what......its ok because I know its coming.........I hope.
My meals for days 21-23 and weigh-in are below. This week I am making sure I give my all because I have to make my 10lbs for the month. I am going hard on the exercise and eating right. If I have to snack I will try to make them healthy snacks.
