Day 26!!!!!!!!YAYYYY!!!!!!!!!! Its the weekend bae-by and almost the end of the challenge. The weekend is so hard for me though and I cant understand why. Its already started, the pounds that were melting off all week are trying to come back in one day. But it ok because my 10lbs will be met by Monday.....I hope.
I did The Firm Cycle 4 Cardio workout and 30 mins walking. I didnt do any abs, arms, squats or back exercises today. Yeah I was lazy.
My meals for today are below. My goals for the weekend are to not undo what I have worked hard for the month by over indulging on things I dont need but want so badly. LOL Wish me luck. Until tomorrow; Happy Losing, Losers!!!!!!!!!!!

1 cup 80 Calorie Honey Square Clusters
4oz Turkey Meatballs
4oz Angel Hair Pasta
1/2 cup Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
2 Slices Honey Wheat Bread
1 Tbsp Garlic Spread
3/4 cup Romaine Lettuce
2 Tbsp Italian Dressing
1 Edy's Fruit Bar
