I have a group on www.myfitnesspal.com Bringing Healthy Back: 20 in 2 and there are several members (72 at the present time) embarking upon this challenge. I was so happy to see that so many people are actually trying to get the same results. We are there to help motivate each other to get to their goal weights. Its nothing like having support on any journey you decide to take. Join in if you are ready to shed some of those pounds by Christmas. Enough of the promo LOL. But seriously I will not be doing a daily journal of my foods this time around, that became a time consuming and tedious task after a minute. I will be doing The Firm workout on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I will be doing Wii Fit Free walk for an hour. On all those days I will do my arm exercises 4 sets of 50, ab exercises 4 sets of 50, squats 50 and push-ups 2 sets of 20 because those mugs are killer. And rest on the weekends (unless I eat something I have no business eating (Shhhh don't tell nobody else)). Happy losing everyone. Hope to see a small and healthier you by Christmas.
And remember if you fall off the wagon, the next step is to get back on. Don't give up on something you really need and want. It's not an easy task to lose weight, you just have to be determined to make a change for the better. What's the saying.....You didn't gain the weight overnight and you won't lose it overnight. So stick it there, it will be well worth the sweat and tears.
