Its day day 17 and I am pooped. May be too murch information but my mother nature has come to visit and I have been snacking my little heart out. I have been trying to stay within my calories with the snacks but still getting it in. I had a snickers yesterday. It was almost as much as a whole meal. Empty calories that were ol so good. That did make me go over my calories by 57 though. If I had exercised it would have been ok but I didnt.
And on the subject of working out; I normally dont workout when my cycle is on. So yesterday I didnt; I just couldnt bring myself to do so. But today I got my workout in and I went hard. I did The Firm Cycle 3 sculpt, squats and I added an arm, ab (crunches) and back challenge to my challenge (til infinity and beyond in Buzz Lightyear voice). I started with 20 reps and 4 sets of each exercise on Monday and I added 5 to each today (I did 25). I am really trying to get right and BigHairSmallWaist is really pushing me to do so. I thank her very much for this extra boost.
My meals for today and yesterday are below. I really have to pick things up because it seem Im at a plateau already. I cant seem to move from 215-216. I definitely gotta burst out this joint. IJS. LOL

1 cup 80 Calorie Honey Squares
1 cup 2% Milk
1 cup Collard Greens
1/2 cup Mashed Potatoes
2 baked chicken wings
2 Wedges Weight Watcher Jalapeno cheese
10 Roasted Vegetable crackers
1 Snickers bar
1 Stila Oats Cookie Bar (Strawberry)

1 Ground Turkey and Rice Fajita
1 Stuffed Bell Pepper with ground turkey and rice
2 cups salad
3 Tbsp Italian Dressing
Cheetos
2 packs 100 calorie Right Bites Brownies
