My Thought Process

I must admit these past 4 months have been terrible. I started at 226 and I am now between 210 and 213. I should have lost at least 32lbs by now but I have only lost between 16 and 13. Those pounds lost came from my monthly detoxes. Lets just say that's what I have keep off. I cant seem to get my umph to push myself to the limit.
When I lost weight in 2012, just wanting and needing to lose weigh kept me motivated, but now that does nothing for me. I have tried using getting in shape to pregnant as motivation but no that's not helping. I tried looking at other people who are over 300lbs (a weight I would never want to be) to motivate me but that doesn't work either. Just seeing myself where I am now should be enough to get me in line but guess what...its not.
It's crazy how I let food take over my life. At times I am not hungry but I just have to eat. I mean I can sit and eat and the whole time I am literally saying to myself "You do not need to be eating this. Put that down" and I still eat it. And a little while later eat something else. I almost started crying earlier today while eating a piece of candy. I don't know if I'm eating from boredom or what. I am thinking that may be it. While at work I am good but once I get home and in front of the TV or just sitting I start eating. Ughhh. So disgusted.
                                                          Enough of that.

On Monday 2/3/14 I will start the Cabbage Soup Diet Detox again. I am hoping for 10lbs this time. The last time I lost......ummmm....I am not sure. I think 6 or 7 pounds. The last go round wasn't all that bad but let me remind you I hate soup.
Anywho this is how my week will go......

Day One
Fruit: Eat all of the fruit you want (except bananas). Eat only your soup and the fruit for the first day.
For drinks all week: unsweetened tea or coffee, 100% cranberry juice and water.

Day Two
Vegetables: Eat until you are stuffed will all fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat all the vegetables you want along with your soup. At dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato with (a little bit of) butter. Do not eat fruit today.

Day Three
Mix Days One and Two: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. No Baked Potato.

Day Four
Bananas and Skim Milk: Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets.

Day Five
Beef and Tomatoes: You can eat from ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once this day. You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (but absolutely no skin-on chicken). If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef on one of the beef days (but not both).

Day Six
Beef and Vegetables: Eat to your heart's content of beef and vegetables this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with leafy green vegetables. No Baked Potato. Eat your soup at least once.

Day Seven

Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables: Again stuff, stuff, stuff yourself. Be sure to eat your soup at least once this day.
