Cabbage Soup Update

     I have never been so happy to see Monday. If I never have soup again it will be too soon. Did I say I hate soup. Well if I didn't.....I HATE SOUP....NO I DESPISE SOUP. And if I didn't before I would definitely hate it after eating cabbage soup everyday for a whole week.
     Ok let me say this I lost 8lbs. WHOOT WHOOT. I will admit I cheated everyday. I had crackers with my soup and chips a couple of days. I am proud of my loss and I talk much junk but I think I will do it again. But hopefully I will get a better cleanse by not cheating.
     Day 1 was great but by Day 2 I couldn't wait to get that potato. It was like I had a lobster dinner or something. Day 3 was blah. Day four...man when I tell you I really dislike bananas but I was excited for 2 days to get those bananas. They were like the best thing ever. I thought I was a monkey momentarily. Day 5 chicken breast on deck. Even my husband had a bowl of soup that day. I put my chicken in my soup which made it seem like a whole other meal. Day 6 tho... woohoo steak. I could have up to three steaks but I only had one. I think I maybe should have had the three because my weight did nothing. I was suppose to stuff myself and I really didn't. I had the one steak with a salad and veggies and the soup for the other 2 meals. Next time (if there is a next time) oh there will be a steak for every meal. Day 7 brown rice and soup, I thought I use the low sodium chicken broth for my rice but when I looked in the fridge yesterday I saw that it wasn't. I could taste the salt flowing through my veins. It literally tasted like I poured plan salt down my throat. Yeah I messed up on that. I feel that's why I didn't get my 10lbs. That's my story and I am sticking to it. Day 2-5 I was losing 1 pound a day and after that steak day and rice day there wasn't a loss. Day 1 I lost 4lbs which was a great start.
     So now it't time to get in gear and get this weight off for real real. Right now I am waiting on my kit for my 21 day challenge. I will keep you posted on the details once I get it.
