Oh no I've hit a plateau. So not a good week.The high hopes I had for this week's weigh-in has made a very hard and loud crash to the ground. I realize my job gives me a good workout and since I didnt work last week it really shows. And I also only worked out twice last week. I know I have to do better.
Start 10/29/12----- 208.6lbs
Last Week 11/12/12---203.2lbs
Today 11/20/12---- 203.8lbs
Gained 6oz since last week
