Hello everyone its the beginning of week 3 and weigh-in day for the end of week 2. I didn't exercise like I should have.......again. I only exercised 2 days but I did try to eat right. So I am glad to say my weigh-in went really well.

Today 11/12/12---203.2lbs
Lost 5.4lbs
